WHAT TO DO AFTER THE CLIENT SIGNS AN MPP FORM?
- After Client sends their Signed MPP Form, DOUBLE-CHECK it is actually signed and installed properly.
- Save the Signed MPP Form is the Client’s Folder as:
a) SIGNED MPP – WAIVED
b) SIGNED MPP – APPLIED
- Send a copy of the Signed MPP Form is sent to: email@example.com
Email Subject Line: (CLIENT’S LAST NAME) – SIGNED MPP (WAIVED/APPLIED)
- Manulifefirstname.lastname@example.org will email back and attach the MPP Indemnification Form for the Client(s).
- Save the Manulife Indemnification Form in the Client’s Folder as MPP INDEM.
