WHAT TO DO AFTER THE CLIENT SIGNS AN MPP FORM?

  1. After Client sends their Signed MPP Form, DOUBLE-CHECK it is actually signed and installed properly.

  2. Save the Signed MPP Form is the Client’s Folder as:
    a) SIGNED MPP – WAIVED
    or
    b) SIGNED MPP – APPLIED
  1. Send a copy of the Signed MPP Form is sent to:  apps@mppbroker.com
    Email Subject Line: (CLIENT’S LAST NAME) – SIGNED MPP (WAIVED/APPLIED)

  2. Manulife/apps@mppbroker.com will email back and attach the MPP Indemnification Form for the Client(s).

  3. Save the Manulife Indemnification Form in the Client’s Folder as MPP INDEM.
